Introducing our new summer specials… Chicken Samboussek is a firm favourite with a twist. Deliciously slow-cooked chicken marinated in sumac & pomegranate molasses served with onion confit and garlic sauce. These are perfect for sharing – but they are so good, you won’t want to!
Our guest Main course on our summer menu is rich in flavour harissa-marinated Roasted Salmon Fillet served with couscous, pomegranate seeds, olives, tomato, fresh mint, coriander, olive oil, sumac and a fresh lemon wedge. We know you’re going to love it!
