To spread love and to nourish the spirit of Ramadan, our founder Tony Kitous and his team have put together a special Iftar menu based on traditional recipes cooked by mothers across the Middle East and North Africa during Ramadan.
To break the fast, start with a selection of mezze including dates and a refreshing glass of laban, followed by traditional Morrocan soup of chickpeas, coriander and fresh herbs, Lebanese village salad with sumac & olive oil pita crisps & pomegranate molasses dressing and Hommos.
For the main course, you will have two options; marinated chicken breast with garlic & fresh thyme cooked on a hot grill and served with vermicelli rice and salad or the most delicious Aubergine Tagine in a tomato onion & chickpea stew. Finish off your Iftar feast with a selection of Baklawa.
