Dishes of September Flavours of the Months are Roasted Cauliflower & Tahina with garlic, pomegranate seeds, spring onion, red chilli and extra virgin olive oil and Grilled Halloumi &Aubergine Burger with pickled cucumber, harrisa mayonnaise and onion confit; served with spiced Lebanese potatoes and homemade garlic sauce.
