Dishes of August Flavours of the Months are Chicken Samboussek/ parcels filled with spiced chicken, black & white sesame seeds, served with garlic sauce and Halloumi, Fetta, Spinach & Za’atar Man’ousha – oven baked Lebanese flatbread with halloumi, feta cheese, spinach, pomegranate seeds, parsley and sumac.
Vibrant colours and flavours are at the heart of the Lebanese Flavours of the Month with Tony calling on his childhood growing up in Algeria and his travels across the Middle East to influence the new recipes and dishes.
