Dishes on the first Lebanese Flavours of the Month launching on 26th March will feature Broad Bean & Tahina Dip £4.95 Smooth green broad bean & tahina purèe, with lemon juice, garlic, crispy onions, extra virgin olive oil, sumac, pine nuts and parsley and Chocolate & Tahina Mousse £5.50 Chocolate & tahina mousse with red berry compote.
Vibrant colours and wonderful flavours are at the heart of the Lebanese Flavours of the Month with Tony calling on his childhood growing up in Algeria and his travels across the Middle East to influence the new recipes.
